		<description><![CDATA[You should alway try to stay up to date with the latest stable releases (currently WP 2.6.5) due to security fixes and such. (I&#039;ve been nailed by XSS exploits from out of date WordPress installs before.)

One thing I&#039;ve found that makes it so SIMPLE to upgrade WordPress is the &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;WordPress Automatic Update Plugin&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;. It&#039;s changed my life. Check it out!

It looks like WordPress 2.7 has this feature built in, so one no longer needs to use it once they upgrade.]]></description>
